Multiple intelligences and education, Howard Gardner

MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES
"Human resources are like natural resources; they’re often buried deep. You have to go looking for them, they’re not just lying around on the surface.” (Ken Robinson)

After reading about the learning styles to teach and realizing that “Students will learn better when using preferences in which they're successful.”,In “Using Learning Styles to Adapt Technology for Higher Education, Terry O'Connor, I recalled I recalled Sir Ken Robinson’s words:
*      We are educating people out of their creativity.”
      *      “Human resources are like natural resources; they’re often buried deep. You have to go looking for them, they’re not just lying around on the surface.”

In an interview, Bruce Springsteen said:

“I wasn’t quite suited for the educational system. One problem with the way the educational system is set up is that it only recognizes a certain type of intelligence, and it’s incredibly restrictive — very, very restrictive.”

We must be “farmers” who create the conditions under which our students’ skills will flourish promoted by their multiple intelligences.
